Shipping

Orders ship within the regions listed at checkout. Delivery is complimentary over the threshold shown in the bag. In warm months, bars may be packed with insulation and cool packs. Methods, regions and timings to be confirmed.

Returns

Chocolate is a food product, so opened bars cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged or melted, write to us with a photo within a few days of delivery and we will put it right. Final terms to be confirmed.

Standing orders & New Moon

Standing orders and New Moon renew monthly. Skip, change the shade or cancel any time before the next order is prepared. Billing dates and cut-off times to be confirmed.

Privacy

We collect what we need to fulfil your order and, if you ask for it, to send our letter. We do not sell personal data. The full privacy notice will be published before launch.
